My name is Aminata and I am a senior in High School. The goal of this website is to provide senior citizens with skills they can use when navigating the internet. However, anyone can use this website and should encourage others to do so! I wanted to create this website because internet and social media use are expanding. I believe that it is important that senior citizens are included and are able to protect themselves. Just like them, when the future evolves, our generation will likely have trouble navigating through it! Hopefully, when that time comes, new generations stand up to help us. I made this a volunteering website because I want to instill a sense of community among the users of this website. I also want people, especially high school students to get volunteer hours. I believe this website can provide communicational skills important to the real world. Most colleges these days want you to have volunteered in something impactful to you.
